Pepper chutney paneer

                                     Pepper chutney paneer

Pepper chutney paneer

Paneer is one ingredient that is widely used for cooking in all the indian households. usually we end up making rich gravies and then feel guilty about eating it.

But what if you could have marinated paneer at the same time not feel guilty about it???

To be honest, it was the most simplest no brainier .

I had some left over mint coriander chutney and so I thought to marinate paneer in it but then that would require lot of preparation and marination and since I was running short on time so I just whipped up this chutney in the pan along with veggies and paneer and it was amazing !!!

Super juicy, Tangy and healthy ! A true delight !!!
