Cranberry pistachio smoothie

Smoothie bowls are the new Next Gen healthy thing right now. 
Its an extremely nutritious and super healthy snack. A single bowl of smoothie is Low in fat and high in calcium, potassium, sodium, protein and iron.
It also contains healthy fats like pistachio, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds thats an excellent source of vitamins and minerals.

After my workout, I love to gorge on these beauties once a while because they provide me with nutrients and give my body the required Energy.

Nutritional value :

Fat - 9.8 gms
carbs- 64 gms
Fibre- 6.6 gms
Protien- 9.6 gms
Potassium - 82 gms
Iron- 4.9 gms

Preparation time : 30 Minutes
Cooking Time : 10 minutes
Serves : 2

Ingredients :

2 cup of Curd to make yogurt
1 cup Toned Milk
1/2 cup of Dried cranberries
1 tbsp chopped pistachio 
 1 tbsp flax seeds
1 tsp pumpkin seeds

Method :

To make yogurt at home, Take a big sieve and keep it on an empty bowl.
Place 2 paper kitchen towels on it.
Now add the curd to it kitchen towel and cover it with 2 more towels. 
lightly dab the paper on the curd. It will start soaking all the water out of it.
keep it aside for 30 minutes till all the water come out. 

In a Mixer jar , add yogurt, milk, cranberries, flax seeds and churn it till smooth.
Take a wine glass and add the mix to it. 
Sprinkle few cranberries, pumpkin seeds and pistachio on top.
keep it in the freezer for 10 minutes and serve cold .
you can also add ice cubes to serve it instantly.

P.S- You can add whatever fruit you like and make these healthy smoothie mix.
