Cauliflower pesto Pizza

Who doesn't love a Pizza ?? Please tell me one person who hasn't had pizza and didn't crave for more.


Have you been looking out for ways to make pizza a healthier food option and not just a comfort food???


Well, I have found a way to swap pizza base with a healthy alternative.

Trust me, I couldn't figure out much difference and the taste was far more better than any pizza I ever had!!!!


Its a thin crust treat 😍 and a super 100% Ketosis recipe.


Preparation Time :15 minutes
Cooking Time : 35 minutes
Serves: 2-3

Ingredients :


1 cauliflower 
2 eggs 
2 Amul cheese cubes 
2 tsp black pepper 
2 tbsp dried oregano
1 tsp pizza seasoning 
1 tsp red chili flakes or powder 
1 yellow pepper sliced in thin strips
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes 🍅
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves 🌱
1/2 cup pesto sauce 
1 tsp salt 


Method :


For base, wash the florets and grind cauliflower florets using your Food processor.

Pour the mix in a Towel, wrap it up and twist the sides to remove the excess water. 

Add eggs, 1 cheese cube grated, pepper, chilli flakes, oregano into the bowl of dried cauliflower mix. Mix well and keep it aside.

Line the baking tray with parchment or butter paper and carefully lay the mix on the paper till it forms an even base of either square or circle.Use your hands to even it.
Bake this at 200'C for 30 minutes at convention /microwave mode. Check , it should be golden brown.
Take it out And add pesto as base and sprinkle yellow pepper, cherry tomato, basil or whatever vegetable you like. 

Drizzle oregano and chilli flakes and add grated cheese to it. 
Cook for about 10 minutes on pre hear convection mode.
Drizzle some olive oil and Serve hot 🍕
