Beetroot sea salt chips

Raise your hand if you love chips 💕

Chips are my go to snacks when I'm watching something on Netflix or just chilling with friends at home. Nothing can beat a chip and dip snack at a party and they are super super yum and addictive .
While we munch on them we don't know how many calories we are taking in. Potato chips are a comfort food . It's super high in carbs .
Since I'm trying to eat healthy and more veggies so I thought to make my own healthy versions of chips .

* Beetroot sea salt chips * are low in carbs and you can munch on a small bowl whenever you like.

200 g Raw Beetroot
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sea salt

Method :

Don't peel the Beetroot. Slice them using a chips slicer.
Add olive oil and sea salt to it and cover it for 20 minutes till all the water is drained out.
Drain the water and keep it aside.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the chips next to each other.
Don't throw in all the chips together.
Line them properly and if they don't fit into 1 tray then wait and cook in the next round.
Bake them in Microwave at Microwave/convection mode at 170'C for about 20 minutes.
check it to make sure they don't over cook. Perfect way to check is if their oil is evaporated.
IF not then cook for 10 more minutes.
Let them dry in natural air and store them in airtight container for later use .

P.S - You can also make potato chips at home the same way :)

Till then,
Keep cooking, Keep loving.:)
