Egg Cheese Salad

Here is the recipe for the same.


Preparation time:10 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Serves :1


Ingredients -


3 Boiled eggs

1 Amul cheese cube
4 cherry tomatoes 
4 green olives 
Half medium sized yellow pepper 
7-8 leaves of lettuce 
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp pesto sauce 
1 tbsp lemon juice 
1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp white vinega


Method-


Put olive oil, pesto, black pepper, lemon juice and a bit of vinegar. Mix it well .
Now add boiled eggs and cherry tomatoes to it and stir well.
Later add lettuce, olives and yellow pepper to it. 

Mix and keep it in refrigerator for 5 minutes to chill . 

Sprinkle grated cheese and serve !
