Tempered semolina cakes

 Tempered semolina cakes

Breakfast bites anyone ?
Or evening snack anyone ?

I absolutely love white Rava dhokla, also known as Tempered semolina cakes.
These are pretty popular as a breakfast in Gujarati and Maharashtrian homes 🏡
I am a fan because these are the healthiest breakfast options even for people on a diet because almost negligible oil is used in making these puff cakes and they are steamed not fried.
It is something that you can cook when you are expecting guests on a Short notice because the ingredients are easily available at home and it takes about mere 45 minutes to make these yum buns 💕

Here goes the recipe for the same.
